Moving Crew Coordinator/Manager

Seeking a skilled and proactive individual with Professional Moving and Leadership Experience to on-board, train, and supervise our Moving and Packing Teams. This role is essential for managing the efficiency and productivity of our moving crews, ensuring successful and seamless moving operations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities for the Moving Crew Coordinator Role
- Oversee and manage daily operations of moving crews, ensuring schedules and tasks are executed efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to move logistics and safety protocols.
- Review employment applications and on-board team members that uphold our core values and expectations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate moving crew members, providing guidance to enhance performance and service quality.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly, minimizing disruptions during moves.
Qualifications for Moving Crew Coordinator Role
- Experience in the residential moving industry as crew/team lead or other supervisory role.
- Valid Missouri Class E Driver's License to operate box trucks on an as needed basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in logistics or management is a bonus.
- Proven leadership experience in a moving or logistics role, with a focus on team coordination and customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving operations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team and client interaction.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications.
