We are looking to add an experiences delivery helper to our Williams Sonoma delivery team. This delivery route is based in Hazelwood, MO and is responsible for delivering household goods and furniture.

Key Responsibilities for Delivery Route Helper

• Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading items safely and efficiently.
• Organize products within the delivery vehicle to maximize space and ensure items are delivered in excellent condition.
• Verify accuracy of delivery items with customer orders.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from clients during delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or issues encountered during delivery to the supervisor promptly.
• Perform "white-glove" delivery services for mot clients.

Qualifications for Delivery Route Helper Role

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in delivery or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy items consistently and work in varying physical conditions.
• Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
