We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Moving Sales Person at All-Star Moving. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in helping our clients transition smoothly during commercial moves.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build relationships with potential commercial clients by utilizing various prospecting methods.
• Conduct site visits to assess moving needs and provide accurate estimates to clients.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the moving crew to ensure seamless execution of scheduled moves.
• Follow up with clients post-move to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for future business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role within the moving industry or a related field (minimum 2 years).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to assess client needs accurately and provide logical solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
