Below is a list of duties and responsibilities that must be completed regularly and as necessary by the individual holding a title of “Crew Member” at All-Star Moving. These tasks must be performed to maintain high efficiency and provide quality services to all of our customers.

1. Consistently perform work duties with SAFETY as a number one priority. This includes, but is not limited to, constantly assessing your work site, driving operations, equipment, etc. to ensure the safest environment possible for our employees, customers, and the general public.
2. ALWAYS maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards everyone while in the workplace and while in customers’ homes.
3. Regularly attend mandatory safety and training seminars/meetings to continually improve knowledge of safety topics and moving techniques.
4. Report to work “on-time”. This means reporting to work AT MINIMUM one hour before recorded start time of assigned job.
5. Arrive to work prepared.
   • Bring water and fluids as necessary to maintain speed and efficiency.
6. Ensure truck has proper equipment for the day’s job. Check in with Crew Leader and Crew Manager to see what pre-work duties must be completed prior to crew leaving for job.
7. Complete assigned move according to All-Star Moving Standards. These standards can be found in training program received upon hire. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
   • Maintain quick pace in order to ensure efficiency.
   • Completely pad wrap necessary furniture PRIOR TO removing it from residence to be placed on truck.
   • Ensure truck cargo area and passenger cab are empty of all customer possessions.
8. Be in uniform at all times. This includes maintaining a clean-cut appearance.
   • Facial hair is allowed if it is maintained and trimmed.
   • All-Star Logo Uniform clothing must be the top layer worn at all times. In cold weather, crew may wear a neutral colored hoodie or sweatshirt underneath their All-Star T-Shirt if they choose not to purchase other cold weather uniform options.
