We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to oversee one of our moving crews. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the moving crew during residential and commercial moves.
• Ensure timely and safe loading, transporting, and unloading of items.
• Conduct pre-move surveys and create moving plans.
• Provide on-the-job training for new crew members.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the moving process.
• Maintain accurate records of moving activities, damages and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the moving industry (At least 1 year).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Class E driver's license and a clean driving record.

Physical Demands

Applicants must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items. The role also involves prolonged standing, walking, and exposure to varying weather conditions.
